GE Aerospace

CF34 Series

Elevating Regional and Business Aviation with Unmatched Performance

CF34-10 (2)-1

The CF34 engine family, developed by GE Aerospace, is a benchmark in regional and business aviation, offering unparalleled reliability and performance. The CF34-3, -8, and -10 models are distinguished by their exceptional thrust range, fuel efficiency, and reduced maintenance needs, making them the engines of choice for a variety of aircraft. The CF34-3 engine, with its proven track record over four decades, is the exclusive powerplant for the Bombardier Challenger series and the CRJ200 regional airliner. The CF34-8 engine, a larger and more advanced version of the CF34-3, delivers 50% more thrust with a higher thrust-to-weight ratio and lower specific fuel consumption, powering the CRJ700/900/1000 series. The CF34-10 engine, representing a significant capability leap, offers best-in-class reliability and performance, and is the driving force behind Embraer's 190/195 and Lineage 1000 aircraft, as well as the COMAC ARJ21 regional jet.
